What, surprised?
Yes, I write fiction. It tends to be a bit odd, and I've not yet completed any of my many novels-in-progress, but the ideas worth anything are slowly working towards completion.
I do have some short stories, (kinda) finished, though, that showcase my weirdness quite well. When I bring some of my fan fiction over here, you'll be able to get an idea for my imagination's wackiness. As one friend has commented, thinking up a "normal" plot is hard for me; my plots tend to be a bit... odd... even for their sci-fi or fantasy genres.
My dream to support myself with fiction writing likely won't happen, but a gal can hope. I do not write to bang the Bible over non-believer's heads; I aim for a fun read with a background of Biblical values even when the characters act otherwise. What you won't find in my work are blasphemes, vulgarity, or graphic sexuality, though I don't mind using some words in their proper context, such as using damn in the eternal condemnation sense. I attempt write on a level appropriate for young adults, even when parents may not find my dark themes suitable to that age group.
You won't find my full original works here, but you will find descriptions. In the event that I do get published beyond a not-for-pay short story that I wrote catering to the e-zine's tastes and dislike, these pages will doubtless be filled with more ruthless self-promotion.
At any rate, you can always comment on the ideas themselves. (When I figure out how, I'll make it possible for you to post comments here.) Just, uh, don't blaspheme or use vulgarity, pretty please.
